- All prices are in USD.
- Base prices commissions are for casual/personal usage.
- Commercial use commissions will have an additional fee applied to them.
- Multiple characters cost an extra fee depending on the amount
- All illustrations comes with a simple background (Plain color or decorative elements).
- Detailed characters may cost an extra fee.
- For chibi commissions, detailed characters will be simplified.

♦ TERMS OF SERVICE ♦

♦ Commissions must be paid in full before work begins. Payments must cover any platform fees (e.g., PayPal).♦ No refunds if the piece has already been started. If the client cancels before work begins, only 70% of the payment will be refunded as a reservation fee is kept.♦ Any reference photo or description must be provided before starting the commission. Any additional reference after that will be considered as an extra change.♦ The idea must be explained by text only (audio or video calls will not be accepted).♦ You must state if the commission will be used commercially. Commercial use requires an additional fee. (Commercial use includes but is not limited to: merchandise, prints, promotional content, or streaming assets.)♦ Only 2 free revisions are allowed within the sketching stage for minor adjustments (facial expression, small details, accessories). Major or structural changes (pose, anatomy, outfit redesigns) or revisions after the sketch stage will have an extra cost.♦ The commission may take from 1 week up to 1 month depending on complexity and waiting list. If the commission is needed for a specific date, please inform in advance so we can discuss a rush fee.♦ Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Any unforeseen delays will be communicated to the client.♦ If the client does not respond to updates or requests for confirmation within 7 business days, the commission will be considered approved at its current stage.♦ Commissions are delivered in digital format (JPG/PNG, high resolution). Editable files (PSD/CLIP/etc.) will not be provided unless previously agreed.♦ The commissioned work may not be edited, copied, traced, or altered by the client or third parties.♦ I do not make redesigns of works by other artists without their explicit consent.♦ Please respect my drawing style and the waiting time.♦ I do not accept complex backgrounds, futuristic designs, or mechas.♦ Proper credit must be given when the commissioned artwork is posted or used on media (applies to both personal and commercial use).♦ I retain all artistic copyrights and may post/use the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise.♦ I have the right to decline any commission request.♦ USING MY WORKS AS NFTS OR AI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

El pago debe cubrir cualquier comisión de la plataforma (ej., PayPal).♦ No se realizarán reembolsos si la obra ya ha sido iniciada. Si el cliente cancela antes de comenzar, solo se reembolsará el 70% del pago, ya que se retiene un porcentaje como reserva.♦ Cualquier foto de referencia o descripción debe ser proporcionada antes de iniciar la comisión. Cualquier referencia adicional después de esto se considerará un cambio extra.♦ La idea debe ser explicada únicamente por texto (no se aceptan llamadas de audio o video).♦ Debes indicar si la comisión será utilizada comercialmente. El uso comercial requiere un costo adicional. (El uso comercial incluye, pero no se limita a: mercancía, impresiones, contenido promocional o material para streaming).♦ Solo se permiten 2 revisiones gratuitas durante la etapa de boceto para ajustes menores (expresiones faciales, pequeños detalles, accesorios). Cambios importantes o estructurales (pose, anatomía, rediseño de vestimenta) o revisiones fuera de la etapa de boceto tendrán un costo adicional.♦ La comisión puede tardar entre 1 semana y 1 mes dependiendo de la complejidad y la lista de espera. Si la comisión se necesita para una fecha específica, por favor informa con anticipación para poder discutir un cargo adicional por urgencia.♦ Los tiempos de entrega se calculan en días hábiles (de lunes a viernes, excluyendo fines de semana y feriados). Cualquier retraso imprevisto será comunicado al cliente.♦ Si el cliente no responde a actualizaciones o solicitudes de confirmación dentro de 7 días hábiles, la comisión se considerará aprobada en su estado actual.♦ Las comisiones se entregan en formato digital (JPG/PNG, alta resolución). No se entregarán archivos editables (PSD/CLIP/etc.) salvo acuerdo previo.♦ La obra comisionada no puede ser editada, copiada, trazada o modificada por el cliente o terceros.♦ No realizo rediseños de obras de otros artistas sin su consentimiento explícito.♦ Por favor, respeta mi estilo de dibujo y los tiempos de espera.♦ No acepto fondos complejos, diseños futuristas ni mechas.♦ Se debe dar el crédito correspondiente cuando la obra comisionada se publique o use en medios (aplica para uso personal y comercial).♦ Conservo todos los derechos de autor de las obras y puedo publicar/utilizar la obra comisionada, salvo acuerdo previo.♦ Me reservo el derecho de rechazar cualquier solicitud de comisión.♦ ESTÁ PROHIBIDO EL USO DE MIS OBRAS COMO NFTS O PARA GENERACIÓN CON IA.

♦ COMMISSION PROCESS ♦

◇ Send an email with the order form to review the idea, details and the estimated delivery date.◇ I send the invoice and when the payment of the commission is confirmed, you are added to the waiting list.◇ After payment, I'll work on the sketch and email it to you for review any corrections.◇ After we finish the sketch corrections, I'll begin the final process of the completed piece and send it to you by email!
